Frequently asked questions

What families often want to know.

These quick answers explain the usual process. The signed sales agreement contains the complete terms for an individual kitten.

When can my kitten come home?

Redi Freddie’s usual go-home age is approximately 16 weeks. This allows time for veterinary care, age-appropriate vaccinations, social development, and spay or neuter. Some kittens may need additional time.

What is included with my kitten?

Kittens go home vet checked, microchipped, spayed or neutered, and with their age-appropriate vaccinations, TICA registration paperwork, and a two-year health guarantee under the sales agreement.

What is the current kitten price?

The current listed pet-kitten price is $1,800. Final pricing can vary with age, color, and pattern. Beth will confirm the exact price before any commitment.

Where is Redi Freddie’s Ragdolls located?

Redi Freddie’s Ragdolls is located in Americus, Georgia.

How do reservations and deposits work?

After Beth confirms a specific kitten, complete and sign the sales agreement, then pay the $400 deposit online through PayPal, by check, or by money order. The current pet-kitten price is $1,800, leaving a remaining balance of $1,400. Signing does not reserve the kitten. A check or money order must be received and deposited within four business days after signing, and the kitten is placed Under Contract only after the deposit is received and confirmed.

How do I ask about a kitten?

Open the Kittens page and tap “Ask Beth” on the kitten’s listing. The short form tells Beth exactly which kitten interests you, and she will reply personally by email. If you are planning for a future kitten, join the waitlist instead.

Can we visit the cattery?

Visits are available by appointment only for families who have placed a deposit, with no exceptions. Visits are scheduled only when it is safe for the kittens and after they have received their first vaccinations.

What home is expected for a Redi Freddie kitten?

Kittens are placed as indoor companions. The agreement prohibits declawing and includes ongoing care requirements intended to protect the cat’s health and well-being.

What health testing is performed?

The breeding program tests for HCM and PKD1. Every buyer should establish prompt care with their own licensed veterinarian and follow the health-check timeline and other terms in the signed agreement.
